We charge for a minimum of 8 and recommend an upper limit of 14 children. We are able to accommodate more but ask that you talk to us first before booking if you wish to bring more than 14 children.

Your own Gamesmaster, 14 Screens, 14 Consoles, an Arcade Machine, A VR area, Sweets, Crisps, Food, Slushees and Drinks all contained in a purpose bult room with a large party table designed around social gaming. We have got you covered! You bring the kids and cake and we will deal with the rest!

Yes. We require a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due on the day of the party or before.

No! We will be offering squad drop ins during School holidays for groups of 4 children. Keep an eye out on our socials for more details. We will also be offering slots for adult bookings (including option to pay a corkage fee), D&D bookings, TableTop Gaming, Gaming Leagues and more.

Children will only be allowed to play age appropriate games as requested by the event organiser in advance.

To maximise the children's experience we ask that the parents don't stay in the room. The Coffee Club at Great Western Golf is 10 paces away from our door and parents guests will get 10% off any purchases made during the party. We will also invite parents back into the room for the cake presentation before we serve up food.

We can accommodate from age 6 years old and up!
