A £50 deposit is required to book with the balance due on the day of the party after a head count. All our packages are based on 8 children. We only charge for the extra children after the first 8 that turn up, so you have never charged for non-attendees.

We charge for a minimum of 8 and recommend an upper limit of 16 Gamers. Our party packages are based on 8 gamers, additional children after the first 8 will be charged per head dependant on which of the three packages you have chosen. We are able to accommodate more but ask that you talk to us first before booking if you wish to bring more than 16 children.

We can accommodate from age 6 years old and up!

To maximise the children's experience parents don't stay in the room. The Coffee Club at Great Western Golf is 10 paces away from our door and we will invite parents back into the room for the cake presentation after the children have eaten. The GamesMaster's will take photos throughtout the party which we will send over via WhatsApp.

Children will only be allowed to play age appropriate games as requested by the event organiser in advance. We have all the usual games, Fortnite, Roblox, Minecraft, FC25, Rocket League and a huge catalogue of other games to choose from!

Yes. We require a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is due on the day of the party after a head count.

We do! We offer Join the Squad sessions every weekend. Session availability depends on what Parties we have booked in, so we only release our Join the Squad Sessions midweek before the weekend. Sessions last 1 hour, include access to all our gamestations and a slushee, all under the supervision of our fantastic GamesMasters. Pre-booking is required.

Yes! Vault42 After Dark sessions are available for 18+ Gamers, Friday to Sunday, 7pm to 10pm and we can provide a selection of retro consoles and Karaoke machine as well as our usual Gamestations with modern consoles. A corkage fee can be applied if you wish to bring your own alcohol.
